Wagyu Filet Mignon in Satin Sheets - A silky all-natural 8oz cut of wagyu tenderloin is rubbed with our Sunrise steak rub and pan seared and roasted to your desired perfection then served atop a bed of lyonaise potatoes sliced thin like sheets and given a satin treatment of carmelized onions, cream and paprika and topped with our silky Port Wine Mornay sauce made with Blue Jacket Dairy's creamy nutty Ludlow cheese.  $29.00

Lobster Linguini in Chantrelle-Champagne Velvet - Canadian Lobster tail is sauteed in golden Amish butter and garlic with organic linguini, local organic kale and our cream reduction infused with shallots, chantrelle mushrooms, champagne and herbs  $24.00

(v)Tofu Hearts in Szechuan Sweet and Sour Beet Sauce and Lentil Salad - We cut tofu into heart shapes rub them in our paprika rub and sear them until crisp to be served atop a warm sensual lentil salad made with organic lentils, organic sunflower seeds, local organic kale and carmelized onions then topped with our deep red sweet and sour beet sauce made with our house pickled beets (local of course pickled at the peak at of freshness), garlic, ginger(both known in various cultures as aphrodesiacs) at touch of tamari. maple syrup and large inch of love.  $14.00

*Herbed Olivada Stuffed Roasted Chicken Breast – An 8oz breast stuffed with our mouth-watering olivada made from kalamata olives, garlic, rosemary, extra virgin olive oil and a hint of red pepper. It is seared until the skin is crisp and roasted to juicy perfection.   $19.00

*Greek Chicken with Feta Cheese Cream Sauce – Marinated chargrilled organic breast topped with our rich feta cheese cream sauce. Served with rice and a tomato, spinach, and mushroom ragu.  $19.00

New!Orange-Chipotle Chicken Confit – A leg and thigh section rubbed with hickory smoked chipotle, orange zest and sea salt then slow roasted in its own rendered fat until fall-off-the-bone-melt-in-your-mouth tender. *Scallops with Saffron Cream Sauce – Wild caught jumbo sea scallops seared until opaque and tender then finished in our aromatic melt–in-your-mouth saffron cream sauce. Served with rice or potato and seasonal veggie. $20.00

Shrimp with Indian Spiced Masala – Wild gulf shrimp are sautéed in our Indian inspired masala sauce of spices, garlic, ginger, caramelized onions, coconut milk, tomatoes and yogurt. Served with rice or potato and the veggie of the day  $20.00

*Wild Alaskan Salmon with Lemon-Dill Chutney – A wild Alaskan salmon filet is pan seared until about medium flaky and tender then topped with a chutney of preserved lemon, shallots, fresh dill and fire roasted bell pepper. Served with rice or potato and seasonal veggie. $20.00

*Shrimp, Goat Cheese Enchiladas with Chipotle Cream - Wild Gulf shrimp wrapped in organic corn tortillas with Blue Jacket Dairy’s goat cheese and caramelized onions then drizzled with our chipotle infused cream reduction and garnished with our pickled veggie-sprout salad.  $20.00

Thai Peanut Tofu – A classic Sunrise stir-fry with organic tofu, broccoli, red onion, peanuts, and our flavor-layered spicy thai peanut sauce over rice. $14.00

Black Bean, Goat Cheese and Cranberry Ragout with Sweet Potato Latkes – Organic black beans are stewed with onions, bell pepper, dried cranberries, Blue Jacket Dairy goat cheese, fresh sage and a rich veggie stock then served atop our sweet potato latkes with a hint of chipotle to compliment the ragout.   $15.00 

(v)Autumn Harvest Quinoa Risotto – Organic Quinoa (the “Incan Supergrain”)is sautéed with shallots, local organic butternut squash, local apples, fresh sage and a pumpkin-roasted garlic puree. $14.00

(v)Almond Coconut Dal – Our silky dal made with organic lentils, local organic shiitake mushrooms, organic coconut milk, curry, shallots and almond butter served with organic basmati rice and seasonal vegetable $11.00

Sunrise Mac`n Cheese -What’s better than our old favorites done the Sunrise way? We smother fresh housemade tagliatelle pasta in our sauce of Blue Jacket Dairy’s sharp, nutty Ludlow cheese, a heavenly cheese we recently fell in love with nuances of gruyere and parmesan, then top it all with a gorgonzola-breadcrumb crust and bake it until golden and bubbly.  $12.00
