Egg Combinations

We use only local organic eggs from free-range chickens. 

.Choice of organic housemade wheat or rye toast, buttermilk wheat biscuit or English muffin.

*Morning Fill-up – 2 eggs, choice of meat or veggie patty, sunrise potatoes, 2 pancakes and toast.  $11.00

*Daily Double – 2 eggs, two pancakes and toast.   $7.50 or substitute French toast for pancakes $1.00

*Eggs n’ Bacon  - 2 eggs, three strips of nitrate-free, uncured bacon(or sausage, ham or veg patty) and two pieces of toast-  $6.50

*Eggs n’ Potatoes – 2 eggs, organic sunrise potatoes and two pieces of toast  $6.50

*Two eggs and toast.  $4.00

*Sunrise Sampler – One each egg, toast, bacon or veggie patty and a smaller portion of potatoes.  $4.50

New! *Huevos Rancheros –Organic black beans, two eggs any way you like, Amish cheddar cheese, organic salsa, sour cream and scallions on a crispy grilled organic corn tortilla.  $10.00

Vegan/Vegetarian

(v) Organic Multi-Grain Hot Cereal – organic oats, organic flaxseed, organic quinoa, organic cornmeal with soy or 1% organic milk and/or brown sugar.  $4.00

(v) Super Veggie Scramble - Peppers, onions, zucchini, tomatoes, broccoli, garlic, mushrooms, spinach and scallions, scrambled with 2 eggs OR TOFU and topped with organic salsa.   $8.00    

(v) Vegan Fill-Up – Two veggie patties, sautéed spinach, mushrooms and garlic, sunrise potatoes and choice of toast.  $8.00

From the Griddle

Served with warm Amish butter and pure organic maple syrup. Add fresh fruit, pecans, or chocolate chips for $1.00

Whole Wheat French Toast – 3 pieces for $7.00, 2 pieces for $5.50, 1 piece for $3.50

Chocolate Bread French Toast. Three pieces of our housemade chocolate bread dipped in our

Vicki Cakes – In honor of Vicki Church who would leave the choice of fruit in her pancakes to the chef’s imagination! 3 for $9.00

Sunrise Biscuits and Gravy – A hearty breakfast classic done the sunrise way with local organic sausage and organic cream served over two of our housemade biscuits. Our gravy is made fresh per order we can not offer sides or substituions.    $8.00
